I think, that I told you about my Aqua Buddies. The picture above shows you the majority of our core group. I am not including names, for security reasons, however most of these ladies have posted on my blog before and have provided me with loads and loads of support. I am really fortunate to have such wonderful people in my life

Sometimes we don't know what is lurking around the next corner. A few days after we had lunch together, one of these ladies slipped and fell and experieced several fractures on her foot requiring multiple surgical procedures. I am not including her name, however keep her in your prayers, requesting a speedy recovery.

Our Aqua Buddies met for a gargantuan lunch at La Parillos. Sophie, had been on of the greatest instructors I have encountered. She and Tatiana , both born in Russia shared with us their utmost skills. I will miss them both. Claire who is 5 years old and is Sophie's daughter. Good luck to both of them up there in Vermont.

Tatiana and her husband and daughter named Sophie are heading for Vienna. They are very excited as they will be closer to her family.

Thank you both for some memorable aqua sessions over the past six years a week ago. I was amazed at the turnout and the special gifts each of the aqua Buddies presented. Most of themwere hand made and fit the occasion. what a talented group. It was good seeing them as they also have supported me via this blog. It felt good to be on the receiving end of so many hugs and kisses. It was also great to see them with clothes on. swim suits are OK, but dresses an jewelry made these women look radiant.

I am looking foward to the next luncheon.

Carol mentioned previously, that the cool weather, coupled with record rainfall, produced stately lilies. Some of you like Betty and Dee have seen them while visiting and know that the pictures do not do justice.

I will try to keep the blog updated on a weekly or more basis. Enough with my sloth like behavior.
